Cindie Neudorf B.A., M.A.C.P.Canadian Certified Counsellor-Supervisor
Cindie works with adult clients as well as offering Professional Consultation and supervision.
Neudorf Counselling was founded by Cindie in 2016 and was joined by Hannah in 2018. They value collaborating with their clients towards growth and change. Cindie enjoys working with student interns and has grown the practice to include associates counsellors. Cindie also provides professional consultation and supervision. Hannah Povey BA, MACanadian Certified Counsellor
Hannah is a Certified Canadian Counsellor and has been partnering with Cindie for over six years.
Hannah is passionate about helping people author their life story with meaning and purpose despite challenging life circumstances. Her areas of focus is youth age 14, young adults and adults.
Hannah is passionate about helping people author their life story with meaning and purpose despite challenging life circumstances. Hannah’s goal is to be a fellow traveler empowering others as they navigate their way through life; helping clients define problems, identifying strengths and potential steps in their own wellness. Hannah provides a non-judgmental setting open to all.
Hannah enjoys going on adventures in nature with her husband and three children. She loves baking, photography, upcycling, and gardening. She looks forward to connecting with you.

Joel Povey MCCanadian Certified Counsellor
Joel Povey began his therapeutic work with interest in the supporting the adolescent developmental stage. With a decade of youthwork experience his interest and experience have since grown towards supporting mental health at all stages of development.Joel enjoys collaborating with clients to observe and makes sense of their challenges and life stories. Based on people’s strengths and supports, Joel works to empower meaningfully experimentation with thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. His work is Trauma Informed, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based and often draws upon Narrative Therapy.Joel is a husband and father of three who values quality time and being outdoors and active. He also loves listening and getting creative with music.

Jaclynn Schroeder BA,MA(in Progress)CCPA Member
Jaclynn is currently working on a Master of Arts in Counselling. Jaclynn’s area of focus is with children aged 6, teens and adults. Jaclynn is passionate about helping people feel empowered along their life journey. She provides compassionate support and guidance to help individuals navigate challenges and aid in self-discovery and personal development. Jaclynn provides a non-judgmental and inclusive setting for all. Jaclynn has training in Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. She is also excited to offer Art therapy focusing on women after the birth of a child.
Jaclynn enjoys spending all her free time with her husband and child. She loves playing games, watching movies, listening to music, and finding any excuse to bake cakes.Education:

Liens Best B.Pharm, MAC(in progress)CCPA Member
Liens is a wonderful addition to our counselling team, she is a counselling intern in the Master of Counselling program. She is committed to listening with an open heart and mind and creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and all-inclusive space where people can feel safe and understood.
Liens has a divers interest in counselling approaches, particularly Emotion-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, and Sensory Somatotherapy. She utilizes a trauma-informed approach to healing and growth.
Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys an active lifestyle with a love for the outdoors and reading, which helps her stay grounded and balanced. She looks forward to walking with you on your journey towards emotional wellbeing.

Ariel Brown B.A.,MACP Canadian Certified Counsellor
Ariel has been working in the mental health and family services fields since 2018. Her focus is on individuals 18 years and older and relationships of all types. Ariel is passionate about helping others recognize their own strengths and abilities in order to overcome adversity. Her approach aims to be culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, aspires to honour individuality and personify compassion, and values a strong therapist-client alliance. Principles of intervention include person-centred therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused brief therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR. Attachment theory, compassionate inquiry, and the Gottman Method are applies to her work.
Ariel enjoys spending time with her family and pets, going on outdoor adventures, gardening, listening to music and crafting.
